The property is serviced by continuous instant gas hot water servicing two showers and also heating in the separate living room and the kitchen/dining area for those cooler days and nights. The main large bathroom includes a combined shower with base suitable for bathing young children. The laundry includes a second shower. A second toilet is located under cover of the large wrap around verandah.

We ask that you respect the surrounding neighbors and keep noise to a minimum (including outdoor BBQ activity).
