This is a delightful seaside cottage with a 1960/70's charm set amid expansive lawns and a native garden backing a Casuarina tree public reserve. Sleep with the sound of the ocean and wake to the songs of the birds in the trees. This is a well maintained sunny beach cottage set in a relaxing garden and a short 200 meter stroll to the beach via the back garden trail and reserve to a quiet family friendly beach.

Please note this is NOT a patrolled beach.

The house sleeps a family of 6 in relative comfort (a maximum of 4 adults + 2 children, this is negotiable). Upstairs are two bedrooms with Queen Beds. An open plan living/dining room and a separate large light-filled well equipped kitchen with a new stove, a refrigerator and dishwasher, that opens onto a deck area for relaxing, BBQ and outdoor living/dining.

Downstairs there is a large children's rumpus room with 2 single beds plus many games including table tennis, darts and more (mostly suited for children 8-18 years (this is a retreat from parents). External access to upstairs. You need to bring your own bed linen & beach/bath towels OR bed linen can be provided at $20 per stay per queen bed and $10 per single bed eg: a $60 extra fee for linen on the 6 beds per stay. Linen needs to be requested at time of booking.

Property Type:
Two storey house, comes with laundry, front load washing machine and ironing facilities. Cooking facilities include a BBQ on the deck, a new electric cook top and stove, microwave, dishwasher and a good range of cooking utensils, plates etc.

PRICES are based on 4 persons renting. The property has 4 beds and can sleep a maximum 6 people.
