Big Wednesday is located in the unofficial surfing capital of the world, Crescent Head on the mid north coast of New South Wales. It's the perfect for family get togethers or a cheeky weekend away with your mates. Pack your surfboard and relive those old school vacation memories. Or, completely chill out and spend long, lazy days at the beach.
Best of all, Big Wednesday has been given a makeover and is looking pretty darn fresh.
The space
Big Wednesday is a three-bedroom property, with the capacity to sleep up to eight people, but six people comfortably. Interior wise, think casual relaxed living, a pastel colour palette with beachy touches and beautiful stained-glass windows. The unique butterfly staircase leads from the ground level, up to the front entry and it's here you can take in the incredible mountain views. A little coastal, a little chic. When you stay at Big Wednesday, you'll be getting all the tropical island feels.

The neighbourhood
Big Wednesday is located in a cracker of a spot. You're in walking distance to shops, cafes, the local tavern and Country club. Crescent Head beach is just a short five-minute walk across the road and past the caravan park. You don't need the car, so when you arrive pack away your keys.
It doesn't matter when you visit Crescent Head, it's perfect all year round. From spring to autumn, the area offers a sub-tropical climate, ideal for water-based activities like surfing, kayaking and heading out to some of the most pristine beaches you'll ever see. In winter, the temperature drops slightly, but you'll still see plenty of people wearing shorts. Take advantage of the natural surroundings and head out on bush walks.

The closest interstate airport to Big Wednesday is Port Macquarie airport, which is approximately a 45-minute drive away. For international guests, the closest is Sydney Airport, which is approximately a 6-hour drive away. The property has a driveway and plenty of street parking.
