This two bedroom chalet with dishwasher, Air Conditioning, corner spa and private gas b.b.q. on the balcony is perfect for a small family or one or two couples, or if you have a large group you can rent a few chalets! Be close to family & friends but still have your own private getaway, it 's the perfect spot to relax and unwind, you may get an occasional visitor though, as the bird and wild life in Berrara are not shy.

Please note that Berrara Waters Chalets are a Private Estate and NOT a Holiday Resort. Please respect others by reducing noise levels in all outdoor areas after 10.00pm. STRICTLY NO PARKING ON GRASSED AREAS, and PLEASE PLACE ALL GARBAGE IN LOCKED SKIP BINS AT ENTRANCE TO CHALETS & RELOCK.

NO SMOKING IN THE CHALET! STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED!
Upon booking with LJ Hooker Sussex Inlet we require a security deposit of up to $500 plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
