Fully fenced, it's also perfect for a friendly game of cricket, and a good place to park your boat & trailer off the street. Wake up each morning to the sound of the nearby surf, and the birds in the surrounding native bush. The house is centrally located to Berrara Beach, Kirby's Beach, Berrara Lagoon, the National Park and Swan Lake.

Take a three minute flat walk to watch the sunrise over Berrara Beach or spot early morning kangaroos. If you have toddlers, nearby Berrara Lagoon is the perfect spot to relax under the trees and watch your young children play in safety. Older children will enjoy jumping off 'Fishos Rock' or racing down the nearby sandhills....and the surf at Berrara is the best along the coast!

Upon booking with LJ Hooker Sussex Inlet we require a security deposit of up to $500 plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
