This Agreement commences on the date indicated above and shall be automatically renewed on a monthly or yearly basis (as applicable) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Renewal of this Agreement is conditional upon the Subscriber paying on or before the due date the package subscription price as indicated above or advised to the Subscriber from time to time. Failure to pay the monthly or yearly package subscription price (as applicable) may result in suspension of the Subscriber's access or termination of this Agreement in accordance with this Agreement.
Subscription to the website grants the Subscriber access to and use of the website and the applications that support and facilitate its operation, including the Addlist module and XML upload feeds to and from other third parties.
The Parties to this Agreement are Estate Agents Co-operative Ltd. on the one part, and the Subscriber identified above on the other.
The existence and terms of this Agreement, are to remain confidential between the Parties except where disclosure is permitted in accordance with the Agreement.
By submitting this form, the Subscriber acknowledges that he/she is entering into this legally binding agreement which includes all terms in this form as well as the Terms and Conditions, and by submitting this agreement the subscriber acknowledges that the Terms and Conditions form part of the agreement and that they have read and agree to be bound by them. If submitting on behalf of a company, the individual submitting the order warrants that he/she is authorised to bind the Subscriber to this Agreement.
Once you have signed up to realestateworld.com.au you will need to complete an Agent XML Upload Request form and contact your third party uploader (where applicable).
